You now have a display which can double as a pretty capable
You now have a display which can double as a pretty capable gaming machine in and of itself along with drive your favourite games in the glorious 4K master race provided you have beefy enough hardware. Let that sink in. That’s right, it’s time for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018. However, now, a couple of years into its life, the whole VR sector in terms of gaming has been a little underwhelming.Next up we have an exciting announcement from Team Red, a.. As has been the trend of years past, our favourite companies are showing off their latest wow factor goodies one after the other leaving our jaws to drag along the floor as we peruse what each of them has to offer. This year it’s all gaga over innovations and huge displays. With rising innovations in VR technology.
Announcements that made an impactThis year it’s all gaga over innovations and huge displaysIt’s that time of the year again when us tech freaks get giddy with anticipation as we see what the year ahead holds in store for us in terms of all the transistor induced goodness that the companies throw at us.k. Since my preferences in peripherals are less ‘futuristic’ I have never much taken to MAD Catz’s design philosophy, however, for those of you missing the ultra-robotic and futuristic design language, get hyped! And lastly we have HTC.NVIDIA is no alien to innovation and has consistently managed to wow us via their partner brands year in year out with some tech or the other, this year, is definitely the year of the displays.Samsung’s ‘The Wall’. While the TV is impressive, it’s limited by, well, practicality, however, I am curious to see how the new display panel technology evolves. For those of you who are fans of gaming peripherals that resemble transformers, well Mad Catz is back after going bankrupt with a range of new hardware that includes a new wireless RAT Air mouse, a Strike 4 keyboard and Freq 4 Gaming headset. This is accompanied by a new motherboard line as well, namely the X470 series of motherboards.
The new BFGDs are 65 inch, 4K 120Hz IPS panels with a built in NVIDIA Shield. This has been primarily due to the extremely high cost of entry for the new tech, with the device itself along with the hardware required to drive it properly being insanely expensive, as well as a lack of a variety in the games on offer for the platform. In conjunction with Acer, ASUS and HP, NVIDIA has unveiled the new Big Format Gaming Display. When the VIVE was announced a few years ago, it was all the rage. While people who have invested in VR and more specifically in the VIVE, will be thrilled to hear that the device is set to receive a whopping 78 per cent increase in resolution, to those who don’t care about or can’t afford VR (which is a significant share of the gaming audience) this news will definitely be falling on deaf ears. Still on the AM4 socket, AMD has announced Ryzen 2.
CES 2018 goes over the topThis year, the biggies didn’t light up the gaming scenarioEvery year CES gives us tech that we daydream about, along with some that fall a little short of the mark, either because they are too ambitious and you know that it’s not going to be worth the while or money, or it just doesn’t resonate with your personal taste. AMD.0, these CPUs are going to be on a 12 nm dye and promise on bringing more improvements to IPC along with clock speeds and thermals. The CES 2018 has received a mixed reaction this year.
They have laid down the launch map for their CPUs for the year and the most exciting bit of news is that a Ryzen refresh is coming in April 2018. Again, not one for subtlety, the wall is Wholesale floor insulation a 146 inch TV, yes, it’s quite literally a wall and features a new display panel technology called microLED which it claims is far superior to OLED. Gigabyte teased their top-end motherboard for this series and they feature actual physical heat sinks for the VRM, something that is going to lend itself immensely to lowering temperatures on the new systems sporting these awesome motherboards. Here are some of the announcements that will definitely leave you, the gamer, on the edge of your seat, unable to wait till these technological monstrosities hit the store shelves near you.a. While intel is going through the whole Meltdown debacle, and NVIDIA is going large with the BFGD, AMD is going small. Well, since we have the amazing out of the way opportunity, here’s what didn’t light up our eyes with excitement at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show

I thought only the Congress and the BJP were scared
The founder-members of the party, who participated in the anti-graft campaign
that was the precursor to AAP, were known to be close friends. It referred to a
video in which Mr Vishwas was seen making a veiled attack on the Delhi
government over alleged corruption before the MCD polls. Kumar Vishwas (Photo:
PTI) New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party was a dream that thousands of people
breathed life into.
Mr Vishwas believes he has been overlooked by the top brass.
Recent developments indicate that the rift between poet-turned-politician
Vishwas on one side, and chief minister Kejriwal and his deputy Sisodia on the
other, has widened to an abyss.
I thought only the Congress and the BJP were
scared of me,†he later said, taking a dig at the AAP leadership.Mr Khan was
suspended, but the Vishwas camp said he was never out of favour.Mr Vishwas took
strong exception to that and threatened he would quit the party if action was
not taken against Mr Khan, who he described as just a "maskâ€. Bitterness has
reached a point where a détente seems unlikely, they said.Mr Vishwas is also
troubled over the top leaders’ relationship with Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan.
The
party’s national council meeting held last week reflected this. Recently, the
party revoked the suspension of Mr Khan, who, after AAP’s debacle in the MCD
elections, had accused Mr Vishwas of being an "agent of the RSS†and trying to
split the party. What if Kumar starts attacking the party after becoming a Rajya
Sabha member,†asked an AAP leader considered close to Mr Kejriwal. One bone of
contention is the tussle over a Rajya Sabha seat. Mr Vishwas often fondly
reminisced how key decisions over the formation of the party took place at his
residence in Ghaziabad."But the leadership has apprehensions about that.
With its
brute majority in the 67-member Delhi Legislative Assembly, AAP can send three
people to the Upper House of Parliament.Mr Vishwas alleged that for the first
time he was not among the speakers at the high-level meet. The Okhla legislator
was included on crucial panels of the Delhi Legislative Assembly and Mr Kejriwal
attended an iftar party organised by Khan, which was seen as a clear snub to Mr
Vishwas..Mr Vishwas, who fought — and lost to — Congress vice-president Rahul
Gandhi in Amethi in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, has been upset with the China bathroom waterproof panel Manufacturers
leadership for some time now.As AAP turns five this month, it seems unlikely
that the trio will ever be a cohesive group again.A section of AAP close to Mr
Vishwas believed the rift had been caused by a "coterie†around Mr Kejriwal
which, they claimed, was against Mr Vishwas, in charge of the Rajasthan unit of
the party.
The Kejriwal camp had its share of grievances against Mr Vishwas, whom
they disparagingly referred to as a "part-time politician†because of his
professional commitments as a poet. Mr Vishwas sees himself as a strong
contender for one of the seats.Sources from the two camps believed the strain in
the friendship has hit a nadir. Among them were three close friends — Arvind
Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Kumar Vishwas.AAP Rajasthan head believes he has
been overlooked by top brass

The toll operator would also have to install solar panels on the sea
According to officials, one of the reasons why many bidders are not interested
in bidding for BWSL is that it is not seeing any increase in traffic. The MSRDC
fear that since only one company has bided for the project, it should create
competition to avoid any controversy over benefiting any one particular bidder.
The second time, the bidder MEP Ltd had qualified in the bid and the financial
bid was being evaluated.. MEP has been collecting toll on the 5.6-km BWSL on a
weekly basis ever since it was opened to traffic in 2009. Interestingly, three
years ago MSRDC had received only one bidder, the MEP, who was later given the
contract.Currently, MSRDC earns about Rs 1.50 crore per week through the sea
link that sees a traffic of about 45,000 xps underlay
Manufacturers vehicles everyday."We have floated tenders twice already.
Mumbai: After having failed twice to generate competitive bidding for
securitisation of toll collection at Bandra Worli Sea Link (BWSL), the
Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has invited bidders for a
third time, fearing ire from the central vigilance commission (CVC) over lack of
bidders. Advance payment could be the reason for lack of bidders for the sea
link toll collection. The MSRDC has also demanded an upfront amount of `380
crore against the tolling rights for BWSL.
The toll operator would also have to
install solar panels on the sea link that is aimed to bring down the expenditure
on electricity consumption and also pave way for green energy.According to
officials, one of the reasons why many bidders are not interested in bidding for
BWSL is that it is not seeing any increase in traffic. However, it was later
decided that in order to not have any queries or issues from the CVC, a third
call should be made to get competitors,†said an MSRDC official not wishing to
be named
